Emily wanted to start more conversations about how we grow, make, and share our food, so she wrote a book on it. Re:food (Mary Egan Publishing) brings together her considerable experience, research, stories, and practical solutions, reimagining a healthier, more sustainable food system for the future of our country (and beyond).
We worked alongside Emily to shape her ideas into a clear, compelling structure, drawing on her considerable expertise and existing content. From there, we supported her through regular coaching and editing sessions, to produce a book that not only cemented her status as one of the country’s top food thought leaders, but also helps her drive the movement towards better food systems.
